Russia also crashed into 61 Canadians – including several officials and journalists – with a ban on unlimited” travel. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the list included those who were “directly involved in the development, proof and implementation of the ruling russophobic ruling courses in Canada”.

The ban on Russia’s travel came after various countries including the United States, the European Union forced new sanctions to prevent Moscow from its war in Ukraine, which entered the 57th day on Thursday.

Britain on Thursday set 26 new sanctions targeting Russian military generals responsible for what is called cruelty in Ukraine, as well as individuals and businesses that support the Russian armed forces. The current wave of sanctions is about generals and defense companies that have blood in their hands,” Foreign Minister Liz Truss said in a statement

Russia earlier this week announced the second phase of the war in East Ukraine with “Donbas battles” after failing to capture the capital of Kyiv and forced to withdraw from the north.

Russia called the attack “special military operation” for demilitarization and “immersed” Ukraine. Kyiv and his Western allies refused it as a fake excuse for the illegal aggression war.
