Pakistan PM Imran Khan slams West’s pressure over Ukraine; asks: ‘Did you write to India?’
Prime Minister Pakistani Imran Khan hit Sunday with the Western messes of Islamabad who last week have urged Pakistan to condemn the shares of Russia in Ukraine, asking them if they thought Pakistan was their “slave”.
The heads of 22 diplomatic missions, including those of the Member States of the European Union, published a joint letter on 1 March, asking Pakistan to support a resolution at the United Nations General Assembly condemning the aggression of Russia against Ukraine.
The move to release the letter publicly was rare.
What do you think of us? Are we your slaves … what do you say, let’s do?” Khan said, addressing a political gathering.
In the event, Pakistan, a traditional ally of the West, refrained from voting as u.n. General Assembly Recommended Russia to invad Ukraine.
I want to ask the Ambassadors of the European Union: Have you written such a letter to India?” Khan said, noting that the Arc-Rival of Pakistan had also abused.
Khan also stated that European countries had not censored India for its cashmere acts, a mountainous region on which Pakistan and India fought two wars.
He stated that Pakistan had suffered because he had supported the West NATO alliance in Afghanistan and instead of gratitude for criticism.
