Russia Officially Recognizes Diplomat Sent By Taliban As Charge D’affaires Of Afghanistan

Because it was increasingly isolated from all over the world, Russia on Wednesday officially admitted the diplomat sent by the Taliban to Moscow. The official, Jamal Garwal, has been recognized as the cost of Afghanistan by the Russian Foreign Ministry.

Taliban also requested Russia and Ukraine to protect the lives of Afghan students, expressing concern for civilian casualties.
