Taliban Urge Hindus, Sikhs To Return, Claim Security Issues “Solved”

The Taliban claims that the security situation in Afghanistan has been completed and urged its minority Hinduism and Sikh to return to the country.

The statement arose after the Director General of the Taliban State Minister’s Office, Dr. Mullah Abdul Wasi met with a number of Hindu Council members and Afghanistan on July 24, Tweeted the Office of the Chief of Staff, Afghanistan.

Wasi met with the delegation of Hindu and Sikh leaders in Kabul and reminded all his compatriot India and Sikh who left the country because security problems could now return to Afghanistan because security had been established in the country.

According to the Taliban release, Sikh leaders thanked the Taliban for preventing the attacks of the Khorasan Province (ISKP) of the Islamic State of Gurdwara in Kabul.

The religious minority in Afghanistan, including the SIKH community, has become the target of violence in Afghanistan.

In October, last year 15 to 20 terrorists entered Gurdwara in the Kart-E-Parwan district in Kabul and bind the guards.

In March 2020, a deadly attack occurred in Sri Guru Har Rai Sahib Gurudwara in the Kabul short bazaar area where 27 Sikh was killed and several people were injured. Islamic terrorists claim to be responsible for the attack.

Meanwhile, the Afghan government led by the Taliban has decided to renovate Gurdwara Karte Parwan in Kabul who suffered damage in terror attacks.

The source revealed that the high -level delegation from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOI) made several visits to Gurdwara to express their condolences to the families of the victims.
A technical team was also assigned to assess the level of damage caused by the last remaining Sikh Gurdwara in the Capital City. It was revealed that the government would spend 7.5 million Afghani to renovate buildings.
